Erin brings over 15 years of experience in Chicago’s nonprofit sector as an independent consultant, an executive director, and board member. Most recently, Erin served as the founding executive director of a nonprofit that serves Chicago’s under-resourced high school students with college access and persistence. Her work as a consultant includes projects related to strategic planning and implementation, fundraising, organizational development and mission evaluation. Prior to her work in the nonprofit sector, she enjoyed a 15-year career with Accenture, working with Fortune 100 clients in the United States and Australia.
Lori spent several years at ideas42 where she implemented and tested behavioral science interventions. Prior to that, she worked at a marketing consulting firm. Lori graduated with an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, in 2017, and her BS from University of Chicago in 2011.
Daniel is a Teach for America (TFA) Chicago 2013 Corps Member. He has also worked with resource-constrained organizations in underprivileged communities in rural Illinois and the Southside of Chicago. Daniel graduated with an MPP from the University of Chicago, Harris School of Public Policy, in 2017 and earned his BS from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2013.
Jordan has a background in economic research and grant-making. He spent several years at the Kauffman Foundation, where he was a Research and Policy Analyst. Jordan graduated with an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, in 2017 and his BA from Grinnell College in 2012.
